Privacy Policy

CredUcate LLC ("CredUcate," "we," or "us") is a Texas company that teaches credit education classes. This policy explains what information we collect through creducatetx.com, our forms, and our classes, how we use it, and the choices you have. What we collect

• Waitlist sign ups: your first name, email address, and how you heard about us.
• Enrollment: your full name, email address, phone number, the tuition option you chose, your age confirmation, your typed signature on the Enrollment Agreement, and a parent or guardian's name if you are 16 or 17.
• Payments: payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your card or payment details directly. We see your name, email, billing address, phone number, and a record of the payment, but we never see or store your full card number.
• Class community: when you join our private Discord server, we see your Discord username and anything you choose to post there.
• Email: if you email us or reply to one of our emails, we keep that conversation.
• Website activity: our site uses the Meta Pixel and similar tools that collect information such as pages visited, device and browser type, and general location. This helps us understand which posts and ads bring people to the site.

We do not ask for your credit reports, Social Security number, or account numbers. Any personal financial details you choose to share in class or in the community stay inside the program, as described in the Enrollment Agreement.

How we use it

• To send you class updates, enrollment dates, and pricing you asked for
• To enroll you, process your payment, and send receipts
• To give you access to the class community and materials
• To answer your questions and provide support
• To improve our classes, website, and marketing
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services we use to run CredUcate, and only as needed for them to do their job:

• Google for forms, email, and document storage
• Stripe for payment processing
• Netlify for hosting this website
• Make.com for sending automated emails and invites
• Discord for the private class community
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for site analytics, embedded videos, and advertising

We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of CredUcate, our students, or others.

Cookies and tracking

The Meta Pixel and the Facebook videos on our results page may set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings. The site still works if you block them.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until you ask us to remove it or we stop running classes. We keep enrollment, payment, and agreement records for as long as needed for the program and for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.

Your choices

• Ask to be removed from our waitlist or emails at any time by emailing us or replying STOP.
• Ask for a copy of the information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Some records, like payment history, may need to be kept for legal reasons.

Age

Our classes are for adults 18 and older, or students 16 and 17 with a parent or guardian's consent. Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Security

We use reputable services with strong security and limit access to your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
